The model is on the sticker on the side of the indoor unit, or in the manual.
Where do I find the model?

On the sticker
On the side or underside of the indoor unit, a sticker shows the model, for example FTXM25R or MSZ-LN25.

In the manual
On the cover or with the technical data, together with width, height and depth.

Measure it
Measure the width, height and depth of the indoor unit in millimetres, without the pipes.
